01 — THE NEED
A school counselor, police officer, social worker, nonprofit professional, or other Trusted World partner is already working with an individual or family. They understand the situation and identify the specific resources that could help.
02 — THE REQUEST
Through the Trusted World system, the partner requests specific resources for the people they are assisting. Instead of receiving a generic package, the request reflects the actual needs of the individual or family.
03 — PREPARATION
Trusted World staff and volunteers sort and inspect donated resources before they become available. When an order is received, our team selects the appropriate items, performs quality control, and prepares the order specifically for the people named in the request.
04 — DELIVERY
Completed orders are organized for delivery through Trusted World's distribution operation. Our drivers move the resources to the schools, law enforcement agencies, nonprofits, and other organizations in the network.
05 — RESPONSE
The resources return through the professional who already knows the person, understands the circumstances, and is positioned to help.
The person receiving assistance doesn't have to find another agency, complete another intake process, or start another relationship simply to get the resources they need.
