OUR STORY
Built one milestone at a time.
Trusted World did not begin as the system it is today. It grew by identifying problems, building better ways to solve them, and expanding what professionals could do for the people they serve.
These are some of the moments that shaped what Trusted World has become.
Dec 2014
1st Office
a shared 700 sqft facility shared with another nonprofit
June 2015
Office moved
Moved into a 1,300 sqft retail space on main st in Allen, Texas
Dec 2015
Expanded
Acquired an additional 1,000 sqft, in the same strip mall.
Jan 2016
Helping People Help People
Our Helping People Help People model was born
Apr 2017
UTD Relationship
Started our inventory system as part of the E.P.I.C.S. program at UTD
Sep 2017
Hurricane Harvey
Was appointed as the receiving organization for the City of Dallas to received donations headed to Houston.
Jan 2018
New Warehouse
Moved into a 23,500 sqft warehouse, expanding our operations.
Aug 2019
Inventory System
Launch our new inventory system called Trusted Inventory.
Feb 2020
Closed our Allen Location
Closed our Allen location and worked completely from our Garland Warehouse
Apr 2021
United Way Pitch
Participated in the United Way Pitch. Made it to the top five finalist.
Sep 2021
Police App
Launched an application that runs on a police officers cell phone/car computer

CUTX
Partnered with the Credit Union of Texas for a five year partnership/project

Trusted Directory
Launched our new Trusted Directory so our partners could find other partners and the services they provide

Trusted World Awards Breakfast
Launched the annual awards brekfast bringing the community together to honor people in our community.

Trusted Cares
Launched our Trusted Cares platform allowing our partners to refer mental health help and low to no cost health insurance

Trusted Wrap-Around Services
Providing full wrap-around services to school counselors through our technology

State Farm
State Farm becomes a major sponsor. Sponsors our entire food program and take a seat on our board.
Dec 2025
Warehouse Expansion
broken down the wall in the warehouse and took over the entire building. Expanding to 47,600 sqft
Apr 2026
State Farm Tuesdays
State Farm commits to sending volunteers every Tuesday to our facility.

Combined all of our software systems into one system.
